I have been using the term Mohammedans for a while now.

Mohammed was right the first time and shouldn't have listened to his wife.

I doubt there was anything wrong with Jesus, on the other hand, the Catholic portrayal of Jesus, yeah. Historically the Catholics were better but the 400 year shutting roughly correlates with the Reformation, which is when the vast majority of OK people seemed to have left Catholicism for Protestantism in my opinion. Not all Catholics suck, but the ones who don't seem to quietly disagree with the Roman Catholic Church on many things, so I won't point out examples. People who really want to not suck while liking Pope hats and rosary beads seem to be Anglicans. Catholics are probably hiding things that make them look bad, not things that make Jesus look bad.

I've also heard it's unlikely Muhammad from the Qur'an even existed, but there was most likely some Arabian king named Muhammad and Muhammad in the Qur'an originally referred to Jesus which is why the Qur'an has the mysterious letters, because they were taken from an Orthodox Bible before it was corrupted (heh) into the Qur'an to justify violent Arab imperialism and piracy. So there was probably some Muhammad, just not one where all the things said about him are true. However, it's believable enough that he was a guy who thought he was possessed and spent time in a cave having seizures.

The Roman Catholic Church should have never stepped away from Orthodoxy in 1054.

The Catholics just couldn't accept it when Jesus said, "My Kingdom is not of this world" and insisted in going about building a kingdom for Him in this world. That was their first and biggest mistake among many more.
