Liberals Choose anti-LGBT Foreign Policy
In which Trudeau chooses to ally with a homophobic IslamoNazi state
“Canada stands up for the protection and promotion of the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, 2-spirit and intersex (LGBTQ2I) people globally,” states the Government of Canada website. That’s interesting, because Canada has close working relationship with Qatar. In 2021 Canada entered into a defense agreement with Qatar, as part of a commitment to fight extremism and support peace and stability in the Middle East region. “This [military defense] Arrangement [with Qatar] will strengthen Canada’s bilateral … relationship with Qatar and provide an overarching framework for the coordination of various … cooperation activities, including peace and humanitarian operations …” states the Government of Canada website.
Wait. So, Canada is entering into a military agreement with a homophobic anti feminist and racist1 (Nazi-level antisemitic, really, if we are honest) extremist country?
“Currently, homosexuality is illegal in Qatar under Article 296 of the penal code with punishment ranging from imprisonment of 3-5 years, to even DEATH. Because of these homophobic laws and the daily social and legal obstacles that exist in Qatari society, I had no other choice but to seek asylum in the United States for my own safety,” states Dr. Nas Mohamed, the first openly gay Qatari. Mohamed grew up in a sheltered religiously conservative upbringing, without access to western media or music or hollywood culture. He went to school and prayed, he dreamed of becoming a doctor. He only spoke Arabic until well into adolescence. Mohamed went to medical school at Cornell with the help of the Qatar Foundation and his studies took him to America.
In medical school in Las Vegas, he began to realise his attraction to men. He felt many things as his sense of who he is solidified. He grew despondent at having to conceal his true self, and came out to his mother in 2015. She forbade him from telling his father. His family cut him off and disowned him from any inheritance. He sought refuge in America. Nas Mohamed has not had any contact with his family in years simply because he is sexually attracted to men. He remained quiet about being a gay man from Qatar until 2022, when Qatar hosted the FIFA World Cup. Nas Mohamed became the first openly gay Qatari man. He took such a huge risk in order to raise awareness about the dangerous living conditions for the same sex attracted in his homeland.
“Article 296 [of the 2004 Qatari penal code] criminalises ‘leading, instigating or seducing a male in any way to commit sodomy’ and ‘inducing or seducing a male or female in any way to commit illegal or immoral actions’ with a penalty of between one and three years’ imprisonment. The term ‘immoral actions’ is undefined … In addition to the Penal Code provisions outlined here, Qatar operates Sharia courts in which it is technically possible for men who engage in same-sex intimacy to be sentenced to death,” explains Human Dignity Trust in a description of Qatar’s homosexuality laws. In the period immediate preceding the FIFA World Cup event in Qatar, the tiny petrol-nation’s atrocious record on gay rights became a controversial subject for the media. Nonetheless, despite all the incessant virtue signaling about LGBTQ on the part of western political leaders, media, corporations, and oligarchs, they all went along with a major sporting event hosted by a country that criminalises being gay and has imprisonment and even the death penalty as a punishment for same sex attraction.
“During the World Cup, many things will come here to [Qatar]. Let's talk about gays … The most important thing is … they will have to accept our rules.” — former Qatari footballer in an interview
Houston Canada we have a problem. We have a few problems, actually.
First of all Canada—world leader in promotion of and self appointed guardian to the LGBT global human rights movement—has decided to enter into a defense agreement and bilateral relationship with the most terror-supporting country in the gulf region, one with an atrocious human rights record for LBGT people and women. Second, Canada has cut off arms sales to Israel, the only LGBT friendly country in the entire Middle East. This comes at a time when a Qatar-supported + endorsed terrorist group has attacked Israel and several Iranian Regime proxy terror groups have joined the siege, attacking Israel on more than one border frontier. Third, Canada recently abstained in the UN General Assembly vote to grant the terrorist entity of Palestine admission to the UN as an observer state.
"There will be no peace nor negotiations with the Zionist entity for one reason: because their mentality does not recognize negotiations, but rather only… breaking promises and lying… They only recognize one thing, which is killings; since they are killers of prophets.” — Essa Al-Nassr, Brigadier General at the Guard for Intelligence and Security of the Emiri Guard and member of Qatari legislative Shura council, sitting on the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee and the Cultural and Media Affairs Committee
Yes, Canada decided to reward Hamas and Palestinians for their genocidal massacre and hostage-taking and rape, burning, pillaging of peace-loving Israelis by refusing to vote against the recognition of the terrorist Palestinian Territories as a UN (observer) state. Through its abstention at the UN General Assembly, Canada legitimised the BDS movement, which its own website says is a form of antisemitism. Canada implemented an arms embargo against Israel after 7/10, a genocide praised by Qatar, an important arms trading and defense partner for Canada.
Canada reminds me of that proverbially foolish woman who chooses the bad boys time and again, and treats the good boys who truly care about her like dog sh1t. Canada, the self-appointed guardian and champion of LGBT rights across the globe, the self described feminist government, the tolerant and inclusive government who punishes people for saying being gay is a mental illness—Canada has decided to get cozy with a country that regards being gay as a crime with a maximum penalty of the death, a country that has no protection for women from domestic violence, a country that imposes a repressive guardianship system on women.
Canada acknowledges Israel as the ancestral homeland of the Jewish people. Qatar does not. Qatar asserts that Israel is a European colonial enterprise occupying Arab soil. Canada affirms the right to live fully as a gay person in Canadian society without persecution or discrimination. Qatar does not. Qatar criminalises same sex attraction and makes it punishable by imprisonment and even death, under Shariah law. Trudeau scolded Italian PM Georgia Meloni a year ago for her government’s anti-LGBT policies. Trudeau has spoken to the Emir of Qatar twice since 7/10. Do you think he scolded the Emir for Qatar’s “anti-LGBT policies”2 like he scolded Meloni?
Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau told Meloni that Canada is concerned about some of the positions Italy is taking on in terms of LGBT rights." He added that he was looking forward to talking with the Italian premier about that.— CBC News
In March of 2022, Governor General Mary Simon visited Qatar and met with the CEO of the Qatar Foundation “… Her Excellency Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani … to discuss the future of education.” According to the Governor General’s Facebook page, The Mary Simon and Skeikha Al Thani “share a vision of building innovative student-based education systems geared towards harnessing the unique potential of each individual.” I don’t know precisely what that means or would entail, however, I do observe that the Qatari funding of American universities has a positive correlation with the increased antisemitic, and downright Nazi, radicalisation of American campuses.
At an April 22nd session of the Arab League, Essa Al-Nassr, Brigadier General at the Guard for Intelligence and Security of the Emiri Guard and member of Qatari legislative Shura council, sitting on the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee and the Cultural and Media Affairs Committee received a rousing ovation for stating that Qatar should not negotiate with the Zionist entity because Zionists lie, break promises and kill prophets. The Brigadier General also praised the Al-Aqsa Flood, that’s the name Hamas name gave to its October 7th invasion of southern Israel and massacre of 1400 Israels and kidnapping for 200 more. Al-Nassr referred to 7/10 as a foreshadow of the final of Final Solutions for the Jewish problem. Al-Nassr’s views on Jews as prophet killers reflects the views of Qataris and of the Arab world and it reflects the dominant view in the Islamic world. The charge against the Jews as prophet killers holds for all eternity, apparently.
Qatar has a global reputation for endorsing and promoting the Muslim Brotherhood, an extremist, antisemitic, anti-western, anti-democratic Islamist movement that seeks world domination for Islam via the dismantling of nation states and and the restoration of a Caliphate. Qatar builds sky scrapers and uses its oil money to lavishly fund western causes. It owns sports clubs and plays fairly well at LARPing capitalism—all to convince westerners to let down our guard, to make us believe they are just like us. How illiberal and oppressive could Qatar possibly be? One of the largest founders of universities in America, a large philanthropic nation, which powers several large lucrative charities—Qatar surely must be a good guy, right?
Let’s think about that answer for a moment.
They put gay men in prison in Qatar. Under Shariah law the crime of being a gay man carries a maximum penalty of execution, though Qatar has not imposed such a penalty recently. Gay men take enormous risks simply propositioning other men. Reports indicate that Qatar police lure gay men and the persecute and torment them. There’s the story of a Filipino man who arranged a hook-up that lured him to a hotel room, where six police officers greeted him and raped him.
So, Trudeau has made himself the self appointed champion of LGBT rights and he has made himself the self appointed feminist Prime Minister, and he has announced that Canada has a feminist foreign aid policy. Trudeau spends a lot of his time and energy demoralising Canadians by telling us we are racist genocidal white supremacist homophobes and transphobes and bigots, and then he gets into bed with a homophobic misogynist and racist and genocide and terrorist-supporting petrol nation to “promote stability and peace and to fight terrorism.”
I’m confused. Can someone make it make sense, please?
“[Dr. Nas] Mohamed, 35, decided to openly declare his [gay] identity in May to highlight abuses against the LGBTQ+ community in his homeland, where the 2022 FIFA men’s soccer World Cup kicks off on Nov. 20. This has forced him to become estranged from his family, lose his inheritance, and to claim asylum in the U.S. on the basis that he faces persecution in Qatar because of his sexual orientation.” —Charlie Campbell, Time Magazine
Jew hate is racism, FYI.
According to CBC News: “Earlier this year, Meloni's government told city halls to stop automatically registering both parents in same-sex couples but instead to limit recognition of parental rights only to the biological parent of the child.”
