Between DEI, ESG, selective hiring practices, and government contracts the whole thing is just a money trough... and none of the resources or funds are actually flowing to 'marginalized' people. But fairly thorough analysis again, though I'm sorry to say I've really only skimmed most of it. However, you might consider putting "sex change" in quotes since no one, no human can do so.
Somewhat apropos of which and ICYMI, a recent CBC story out of Quebec:
CBC News: "The Quebec Court of Appeal has upheld a rule that requires minors applying to change their official sex designation to obtain a letter from a health professional or social worker declaring the change 'appropriate.' "
Nice they drew some sort of a line. But rank insanity to be talking about changing one's "official sex designation" -- they might just as well allow someone to change the eye colour on their driver's licenses. An indication of how far the rot of transgenderism has progressed.
Though the roots of that go rather deep -- most people seem to subscribe to the Kindergarten Cop definitions for the sexes: boys have penises and girls have vaginas. Short step from that to "Change your sex, change your genitalia! Act now! Offer ends soon!" Which too many "doctors" under the WPATH umbrella are all too quick to take advantage of.
