The United Front of Chinese Communist Party Endorses Mark Carney
The JCCC article that Carney + the Liberals Party don’t want Canadians to See
“Don’t believe everything you read in the Globe and Mail … I’ve never heard of that group … someone being in the same room as me and shaking my hand isn’t a meeting.” — a snarky Mark Carney bullsh1tting a female G&M journalist about the Jiangsu International Chamber of Commerce in Canada (JCCC).
Happy Caturday and חַג פֶּסַח שָׂמֵחַ (Happy Passover).
I’m feeling tired and worn down and listless today, maybe also a bit discouraged. In a funk, that’s what we call it — I’m in a bit of a funk today. So, I thought I would share the laudatory social media post the blokes at Jiangsu International Chamber of Commerce (JCCC) made about their meeting with Mark Carney. Since Mr. Carney and his Liberal Party of Canada (LPC) handlers don’t want you to see the nice stuff the United Front (UFWD) group wrote about the Carney leadership win, I think you should see it.
Before I share the translation with you, together with a link to the archived original, I want to share a pro Carney video from the Chinese Canadian Liberal Association (CCLA).
Before I tell you about the CCLA and share the video with you, I want to remind you what we’re dealing with, here. It’s important that Canadians understand the threat we face as a nation. Never mind Orange Man, he’s a minor distraction. Focus on the actual threat, the Chinese Communist Party and the regime it operates.

Reader, before we proceed, I want to say that it’s important for you and for all Canadians to understand that the UFWD targets Canada through its rebranding efforts. Like any effective marketing strategy or propaganda campaign, the United Front exploits emotions, oversimplifies complexities, and engages in repetitive messaging—all in an effort to legitimise the Chinese Communist Party and Xi Jinping’s policies.
For Canada, this means exploitation of multiculturalism, it means taking advantage of the good will of Canadians and our political and social infrastructure. It means weaponising anti-racism and invoking victimhood to bully and repress dissidents and pro-democracy anti-communist activists. What’s required from you, reader, is to know your values and know your opponent and know your stuff, so you can think for yourself and hold your own in the face of the most obnoxious disingenuous dissenting voices. Not everyone thinks like you, some bad faith actors exist out there, with the sole purpose of fcuking with your sh1t. Put simply — they’re lying, and they know they’re lying and they DGAF.
I encourage you to explore the doctrine of the United Front and to study the Chinese Communist Party. I encourage you to learn about Mao Zedong, and the genocidal campaign of terror into which he plunged his people. Mao buried people alive, drove people to suicide, caused the worst mass starvation in human history. Mao remains a highly worshipped figure in China. The Chinese Communist Party is evil and inhumane and the UFWD works to advance the communist regime’s agenda. Never forget that, don’t be fooled. There’s no room for mercy here, reader. This isn’t a drill and it’s not a joke.
In order to deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important idea of doing a good job in the Party's united front in the new era and doing a good job in overseas Chinese affairs in the new era, the United Front Department of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee has carefully created the "Moonlight Nanjing" Mid-Autumn Festival culture, "Yue Reading Nanjing" non-heritage culture, "Taste Nanjing" Chinese food culture, and "Melting in Jinling" innovative literature. The "five overseas Chinese cards" of "love all over the world" have composed five chapters of nostalgia, [including exploiting] gathering and feelings. — by the United Front Department of Nanjing Municipal Party, Build a brand matrix of overseas Chinese culture - “Jinling Overseas Chinese Brand”
Back to the Chinese Canadian Liberal Association.
Wait, there’s a Chinese Canadian Liberal Association? Yes reader, there is. Reader, take note—it’s not affiliated with the LPC. Anyway. I wouldn’t blame you if you had no idea such an organisation exists, I myself had no idea, reader! What’s the CCLA? They have no official website, there’s nothing about them available in English language media, they have only a Facebook page.
From the CCLA FB page I retrieved the summary in the screenshot below about them.
Mr. Lam can barely contain his pleasure at Carney’s LPC leadership win, and at the prospect of Carney winning the election and continuing to lead Canada in the best direction.
Reader, do you see the microphone CCLA president Gordon Lam is holding? Do you see the logo at the top left of the video? That’s a ccmedia.news logo. A few fun facts about ccmedia.news —
they oppose a foreign registry
they seem to have a penchant for foreign interference—having publicised events featuring Zhou Wei, the persona non grata PRC diplomat who was expelled from Canada for targeting Michael Chong and his family
they vehemently denying any veracity to the claims of PRC interference and called for an investigation into the CSIS leaks.

Ok. Now for the feature presentation. Reader, I present to you, complete with photographs, the glowing review and endorsement of Mark Carney by the UFWD group known as the JCCC. As promised, here’s the link to the archived original article, it’s in Chinese and Chrome should give you the translate option, or you can use Deepl.
You can read a translation below.
On March 9th local time, Canada's political arena ushered in major changes. Mark Carney was successfully elected as the leader of the Liberal Party of Canada, indicating that in the near future, he will shoulder the heavy responsibility of the Prime Minister of Canada. Recently, Xu Xiaoguang, President of the Jiangsu International Chamber of Commerce in Canada, and Jiang Rui, Honorary President, and other chamber of commerce representatives had an in-depth meeting with the soon-to-be-appointed Prime Minister. In the face of the current trade war from the United States and the threat to Canada's sovereignty, Mark Carney believes that trade must be diversified, reducing economic dependence on the United States, and actively expanding trade relations with countries such as South America, the United Kingdom and the Asia-Pacific region, establishing new trade routes and infrastructure, and encouraging entrepreneurs to actively expand international market opportunities outside the United States. At the same time, the proposal to increase capital gains tax will be withdrawn to encourage entrepreneurs to invest, especially in energy, data centers, financial technology, AI and cloud computing.
[A legendary journey from the Arctic ice rink to the pinnacle of international finance]
Carney's growth process is a model of elite education in Canada. He was born in Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, and stood out as a teenager with his perseverance as a hockey goalie and his outstanding academic talent. With a bachelor's degree in economics from Harvard University and a master's and doctoral degree from Oxford University, he paved a path to the pinnacle of international finance. His career began in the investment banking department of Goldman Sachs Group. Over the past 13 years, he has led a number of cross-border mergers and acquisitions with his accurate ability to predict global economic trends, and has written a series of business legends. In 2003, at the age of 38, he became the deputy governor of the Bank of Canada. The following year, he led the completion of the Canadian Petroleum Corporation's 3.3 billion Canadian dollar equity marketization reform, setting a classic paradigm for capital operations in the energy sector.
【Global Financial Leader in the Crisis Era】
On the eve of the 2008 global financial crisis, Carney was appointed as the Governor of the Bank of Canada. His pioneering "tiered liquidity supply mechanism" made Canada unique among the G7 countries and the only country that did not inject capital into financial institutions. In 2013, he crossed borders and took charge of the Bank of England, becoming the first non-British governor in 328 years. In the shock of Brexit, he innovatively established the "macro-prudential policy framework", which was praised by the International Monetary Fund as a "textbook for central bank governance in the 21st century". After leaving the post of Governor of the Bank of England, he promoted the establishment of the world's first cross-border carbon credit trading system as the United Nations Special Envoy for Climate Finance, once again demonstrating his outstanding strategic vision in handling complex international issues.
[A pioneer in North America’s economic independence]
Carney's decision-making process has always been permeated with a firm belief in strengthening Canada's economic sovereignty. In his early years, he promoted the equity reform of Canadian oil companies to reduce external dependence. During his tenure as governor of the central bank, he established an "anti-dollar volatility buffer fund". In recent years, he has publicly called for the reconstruction of the resilience of the North American supply chain. In his book "Value Reset", he emphasized the necessity of a "multi-anchored currency system", a view that is regarded by academia as a rational challenge to the dollar hegemony system. This strategic determination based on Canada's national interests has enabled him to maintain a delicate balance between transnational capital and local development.
[A Game-breaker in China-Canada Cooperation]
In an in-depth exchange with Xu Xiaoguang, President of the Jiangsu International Chamber of Commerce in Canada, and Jiang Rui, Honorary President, Carney highly praised the pioneering role of the Chinese business community in emerging fields such as clean technology, digital trade and financial technology.

At a time when the global landscape is undergoing profound adjustments, Carney's appointment is seen as an important turning point in the upgrading of China-Canada relations. The Jiangsu International Chamber of Commerce in Canada is looking forward to the leadership of this leader with both international reputation and local sentiment, hoping that the two countries can create a new paradigm of institutional cooperation in frontier areas such as climate change response, Arctic route development, and open finance, and inject unique "North American wisdom" into global economic governance in the post-epidemic era.
Reader, did you notice the logos on the images? They’re WeChat logos. This is from the official WeChat account. The Chinese script 公众号,加拿大江苏国际商会 says “Official account, Canada Jiangsu International Chamber of Commerce”
In an in-depth exchange with Xu Xiaoguang, President of the Jiangsu International Chamber of Commerce in Canada, and Jiang Rui, Honorary President, Carney highly praised the pioneering role of the Chinese business community in emerging fields such as clean technology, digital trade and financial technology, writes the JCCC.
Reader, do you remember what I wrote yesterday about Xu Xiaoguang aka Denson Xu? Yesterday I told you he was the marketing director of ZTE and the CEO of the company’s Canadian arm, and I also told you that ZTE was blacklisted by the US for selling American technology to North Korea and Iran, in violation of sanctions and in violation of a settlement agreement they’d made with the US. The other chap photographed with Carney is Rui Jiang, a known member of the CPPCC, and Vice President of Jiangsu Overseas Friendship Association (江苏省海外联谊会). Following the linked Chinese script will take you to a website that looks like the screenshot below.
“In 1939, Comrade Mao Zedong profoundly pointed out in the "Communists": "The united front, armed struggle, and party building are the three magic weapons and three main magic weapons for the Communist Party of China to defeat the enemy in the Chinese revolution." After the reform and opening up, our Party further emphasized that the united front is still an important magic weapon. It cannot be weakened, but should be strengthened. It cannot be reduced, but should be expanded. As an important magic weapon of the Party, the united front must not be lost. As a political advantage of the Party, it must not be weakened. As a long party The policy must not be shaken; the united front is an important magic weapon for the Communist Party of China to win the cause of revolution, construction and reform, an important magic weapon for the Communist Party of China to govern and revive the country, and an important magic weapon for realizing the complete reunification of the motherland and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.” —by the Central United Front Department's ‘Seeking Truth’: The fundamental principle of promoting the high-quality development of the united front in the new era.
So, reader. Carney says you can’t believe everything you read in the Globe and Mail, and he says he’s never heard of the JCCC, and he says a photo op is not a meeting. Carney claims to be Team Canada and he treats this very serious matter of PRC foreign interference very nonchalantly. He’s clearly conflicted, if not compromised. It’s clear that the LPC welcomes the UFWD into its fold, they did indeed vet Paul Chiang and his replacement Peter Yuen, they intended to run UFWD affiliates as candidates for Parliament. That alone should tell you all you need to know — the UFWD is an arm of the Chinese Communist Party, a hostile foreign entity, and it works to advance its own political interests. To embrace hostile foreign proxies and assets into any Canadian political body amounts to treason. You’ve likely seen and heard that Bob Fife takes issue with Carney’s handling of the situation, and if you haven’t here’s a clip.
