The Thing We Can’t Talk About

I need to know how a concept that’s getting Muslims imprisoned + killed in Muslim-majority countries is going to liberate Muslims in the Christian-majority west. What is the thinking? Can anyone explain to me why a thing that is destroying the people of Iran with mass executions and pedo-level grooming as we are seeing in video clips and hating on women and trying to kill them should be invoked in the west to help promote tolerance of Muslims?

I’m a bit puzzled by the thinking that Islamophobia as a concept to tackle anti-Muslim bigotry will be a positive and empowering thing. I think it’s scary as fcuk for a rebellious self-thinking Muslim like me and I wonder if it’s too late for some weird Jewish family to adopt me, hehe.
