Francesca Albanese Attended a Hamas Conference in 2022
Hamas’s Council on International Relations has held an international conference on the impact of the “Israeli blockade”
Francesca Albanese spoke at a Hamas conference a year before the Palestinian pogrom on Israelis that killed over a thousand people, (including hundreds of young people at a music festival) and took 240 Israelis hostage. Francesca Albanese is a pro Hamas anti Israel Jew hater. You can see her response to the Palestinians’ October 7th, 2023 pogrom against Israelis below.
So why are Iqra Khalid and Salma Zahid so enamoured with Ms Albanese?
“Francesca Albanese is a champion of human rights and a fearless advocate against genocide.
Trump's sanctions against her, just for doing her job as UN Special Rapporteur, are nothing but a shameless and pathetic attempt to undermine accountability and justice.” — Iqra Khalid, July 10, 2025
“As UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories, Francesca Albanese fearlessly shines a light on difficult truths that some refuse to hear. Her work exposes realities that demand attention, no matter how uncomfortable. The US sanctions on her are wrong.” — Salma Zahid, July 11, 2025
Doing her job would have entailed Albanese meeting with Palestinian activists and leaders in the community who OPPOSE the brutality of Hamas against Palestinians and who know the hardship experienced by Palestinians comes largely from extremist and corrupt Palestinian political and religious leaders who have drawn many young people into extremism and terrorist activity. Readers know that I’ve previously written about Wafaa Al-Biss and the phenomenon of radicals hihacking young people away from their parents to live a life of terrorism. Anyone employed by a global human rights organisation to advocate for Palestinian human rights would address the crisis of radicalisation in Palestinian society. Failing to do so is failing the Palestinian people!
Reader, recall that the Canadian government refused to meet with Albanese when she came to Canada in November 2024. When Brian Passifiume asked Albanese if she believed Israel had the right to exist, she refused to answer. You can see that clip below.
The deeply vile and antisemitic Albanese has called for a full arms embargo on Israel and the suspension of trade agreements with Israel. It’s clear she doesn’t want Israel to exist.
Here she is below agreeing with a former UN human rights official’s comparison of Netanyahu and Hitler.
A month later, Albanese compared Israel to Nazi Germany on Xwitter.
“Germany.
I understand. The pressure you have been under. The Holocaust that the Third Reich committed and most ordinary Germans let happen (other Europeans also watched idle or supported it). The post WWII occupation you have been under. The sense of guilt. Its collective dimension. Your incapacity to reconcile your committment to the primacy of intl law and the security of Israel (or its apartheid?).
But it's time to wake up to reality. This is 2024 and while you could stay quite and silent in the corner of history, you are doing all you can to make it wrong, once again.
How can this be forgiven?” — Francesca Albanese, August 7, 2024
Since Albanese makes it a matter of forgiveness, I ask out loud, how can Albanese’s choice to endorse and collaborate with Hamas “be forgiven”, reader? How can her Holocaust distortion “be forgiven”? How can her deliberate ignorance of the mass expulsion of Jews from Arab and North African countries “be forgiven”?
Reader, take a good look at the numbers above — they don’t lie. Mizrahi Jews make up a majority of Jews in Israel. This notion that Israelis should go back to Europe, or that they’re all there because of the Holocaust, well that’s simply another variant of Jew hatred.
Note, Canada condemned Albanese for her Holocaust distortion in October of 2024. Interestingly, envoy for Islamophobia said nothing. One wonders, does Amira Elghawaby support Albanese? Hamasism is deeply Islamophobic, reader.
In February of 2024, Albanese suggested a justification of the October 7, 2023 pogrom against Israelis, saying the pogrom didn’t happen because the victims were Jewish, but as a reaction to the “Israeli oppression” of Palestinians.
A reminder for readers what the Hamas Charter says about Israel and Judaism and Jews. A reminder what it says about some important western organisations.
“Article Twenty-Eight:
The Zionist invasion is a vicious invasion. It does not refrain from resorting to all methods, using all evil and contemptible ways to achieve its end. It relies greatly in its infiltration and espionage operations on the secret organizations it gave rise to, such as the Freemasons, The Rotary and Lions clubs, and other sabotage groups. All these organizations, whether secret or open, work in the interest of Zionism and according to its instructions. They aim at undermining societies, destroying values, corrupting consciences, deteriorating character and annihilating Islam. It is behind the drug trade and alcoholism in all its kinds so as to facilitate its control and expansion.” — Hamas Charter, 1988
Ms Albanese expressed sympathy for the death of the mastermind of the October 7th pogrom, the man known as The Butcher of Khan Yunis, Yaya Sinwar. Sinwar deeply terrorised and abused his own people, reader. Does Ms Albanese care about Sinwar’s victims?
Albanese accused Melanie Jolie of cancelling a meeting with her at the last minute due to pressure from “the very virulent Israeli lobby.”
The Toronto Sun reported that “a source within Joly's office told The Toronto Sun that meetings with Albanese weren't cancelled, they never existed - confirming that no arrangements were ever made to facilitate a meeting between Albanese and Joly.”
So, reader, Francesca Albanese is deeply virulently hateful towards Jews and Israelis. She’s unfit for her role as a UN Special Rapporteur. It’s certainly inappropriate for any member of the Liberal caucus to support Albanese as a human rights champion. Will Carney have the gonads to keep his caucus in line? If history is any indicator, Carney will say nothing and allow his Jew hating Muslim Brotherhood caucus members to get away with their support of a virulent antisemitic UN official.
When Hamas supports anyone it’s a sign they’re extreme in their hatred of Jews and Israel.
