About Gaza and the Fake Ceasfire Peace Deal
has Carney unwittingly enabled the Pay-to-Slay program and why does the Netanyahu government back armed gangs in Gaza
There’s few, if any, journalists in Canada covering the connection between the Israeli regime and militia gangs in Gaza fighting Hamas. And there’s few, if any, questioning how Canada’s aid to the Palestinian Authority will not enable the ongoing Pay-to-Slay program that funds and incentivises terrorism targeting Israelis. If you find this coverage useful, consider supporting it with a paid subscription or by dropping a tip and my Tip Jar.
Yesterday I dumped a lengthy piece on readers. I urge readers to examine the court document I shared in yesterday’s piece, it contains a lot of important and shocking information about Pay-to-Slay. Today I want to highlight a couple key points from that piece. The first being Canada’s support for a terrorist entity, the PA. The second being Netanyahu backing armed/militia clan gangs in Gaza to create chaos and weaken Hamas.

Carney Supporting a Terrorist State?
Let’s begin with Canada’s decision to recognise the State of Palestine, “on September 21, 2025, as part of a co-ordinated international effort to preserve the possibility of a two-state solution.”To that end, Canada has decided to give hundreds of millions in “humanitarian aid” to the Palestinian Authority.
“Canada has already committed over $340 million in humanitarian aid to address the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza, including $30 million in new funding to help address the needs of Palestinian civilians and $10 million to support the Palestinian Authority’s role in stabilizing and governing the West Bank.” — Office of the PM of Canada, July 2025
According to Global Affairs, “Canada is contributing over $400 million in international assistance to address urgent humanitarian and resilience needs stemming from the crisis in Palestine.” —Global Affairs Canada (GAC), October 2025
So, reader, let’s get this straight.
Carney has recognised the statehood of Palestine, despite the absence of a functioning police stations, prosecutors, courts, judiciary?
Carney has recognised an entity with no infrastructure for formal justice to proceed?
Carney has given money to a terrorist entity? Yes, reader, we can safely call it terrorism when a governing body has institutionalised the payment of terrorists. How do we know that our Canadian contribution hasn’t enabled the Pay-to-Slay program? We all know that Canada itself has become a haven for criminal money laundering, have we decided that’s our craft and trade now?
Reader, how do we know our humanitarian aid won’t enable the Pay-to-Slay program that’s incentivised terrorism against Israelis by paying terrorists and their families a salary? Don’t worry (sarcasm) because, according to GAC, “Canada uses a systematic screening process and anti-terrorism provisions in its support to partners to ensure the sound fiscal management of international assistance funds. Canada is continuing to work with partners across the region to promote peace, stability and economic opportunity.”
It’s cool, reader, Canada has listed “combating terrorism and violent extremism and the spread of weapons of mass destruction” as one of the priorities that govern its policy in the Middle East. We can all relax now, because declarations get things done, as the Liberal government has routinely demonstrated in the past. In its policy statements on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the Canadian government has condemned all acts of terrorism, declaring that, “terrorism must be rejected as a means for achieving political ends,” because it thwarts efforts to reach lasting peace.
You know what’s glaringly absent from the GAC policy statement, reader? Any mention of Pay-to-Slay. Canada may well have no contact with designated terror groups it lists in its policy statement, however it does permit Samidoun, a listed terrorist entity in Canada, to have non profit status and it hasn’t made any efforts to stop the terror group’s activities. That’s old news around this joint, I’ve written about that before and won’t get into it further now.
Suffice it to say, Canada enables terrorism domestically and through its foreign policy on the Israeli-Palestinian issue. What does it say that the four horsemen of the apocalypse have only recognised the State of Palestine to punish the Netanyahu regime? Reader, it doesn’t say much, and it says a lot. It says Palestinians serve as a kind of currency with which western nations deal with Israel.

Israel Supporting Militia Gangs in Gaza?
That takes me to the second point I want to raise. Israel’s support of armed/militia gangs in Gaza. Yesterday I shared information about Israel-backed militia from British news sources on the ground. I also shared information from a couple Arabic news sources. And I shared information from Israeli news sources. My research revealed that at least four armed militia gangs openly oppose Hamas, some with known ties to Israel, others with uncertain connections. Abu Shabab’s Popular Force, Doghmush Clan, al-Majida Clan, Rami Hellis Clan, Ashraf al-Mansi forces currently operate against Hamas in Gaza.

The Abu Shabab clan, a Bedouin tribe, bases itself in eastern Rafah. It’s formed the Popular Force, boasting a membership of 400 men. The Abu Shabab gang counts itself amongst the most prominent and powerful opposition to Hamas. Abu Shabab has denied any ties to Israel, and the Israeli government has confirmed its backing of Abu Shabab.
Amongst the largest and most powerful clans in Gaza, the Doghmush Clan has a long history and tradition of armed defense of their land. The Doghmush network concentrates itself in Sabra and Tel al-Hawa. At one time, clan head Mumtaz Doghmush served as head of the Popular Resistance Committees in Gaza City. He also formed the Army of Islam, Jaysh al-Islam, which pledged allegiance to ISIS. Doghmush collaborated with Hamas to capture Gilad Shalit. It also captured 3 western journalists. In recent days we’ve seen video footage of Hamas publicly executing several Doghmush clan members.
The Al-Majida Clan, based in Khan Younis in southern Gaza, has had recent clashes with Hamas. Clan leader Hossam al-Astal recently told Israeli news outlet Ynet that he sees Hamas as weak, and noted its heavy reliance on propaganda. “In practice, it no longer has significant strength,” al-Astal told Ynet about 10 days ago. Hamas raided the group, killing several clan members.
Al-Astal once served as an officer in the Palestinian preventive security apparatus, after accusations by Hamas of collaboration with Israel, al-Astal joined Abu Shabab’s militia prior to forming his own Gaza-based armed gang. He wants a return to pre-October 7th life, he wants a “quiet ordinary life.” Reports indicate that the IDF has evacuated, or intends to evacuate, the Kizan al-Najar neighbourhood, for transfer of control to al-Astal and his clan. Al-Astal coordinates control of parts of eastern Rafah and Khan Younis with Abu Shabab.
Al-Astal says he maintains contact with several western countries, including the US; he also has contact with Israel. Says al-Astal, “We are people of peace; we want people to live in the calm that existed before October 7 and before Hamas rose to power. Israelis will be able to visit Gaza and residents will receive medical care in Israel. We don’t want more wars.”
Some reports indicate that Al-Alstal has decided to back Hamas’s attempt to establish law and order in Gaza.
The Rami Hellis clan (Shejaya Popular Defense Forces) bases itself in the Shejaya neighbourhood of Gaza City. Senior clan member Ahmed Jundeya operates an anti-Hamas group in Israeli controlled areas of Gaza. Aligned with the Fatah Party, the Hellis gang has repeatedly clashes with Hamas since Hamas took over the strip 18 years ago. It’s uncertain the connection the Hellis gang had with the Israeli regime. Pro Hamas sources reported that on October 13 Hamas killed several of the organisation’s security forces and Hellis clan members. Some clan members have tried distancing themselves from the Popular Defense Forces, describing it as a rogue faction.
Ashraf al-Mansi’s Popular Army-Nothern Forces operates in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza. No evidence exists to show the al-Mansi’s gang has any connection to or backing from the Israeli regime. Following the imposition of the ceasefire al-Mansi forces joined other armed militia gangs in clashes against Hamas. According to the FDD, Hamas had accused al-Mansi and his fighters of serving as informants for Shin Bet. Hamas calls the “criminals involved in the drug trade.” Al-Mansi forces fought with Hamas fighters in Jabalia and Bet Lahia after the ceasefire began. An X post corroborated this story. Al-Mansi published a video denying a Hamas crackdown and claiming control of parts of Gaza.

Hamas uses ambulances to enter clan areas and attack clan members. Hamas operates out of bases its established in local hospitals, something long know by OSTINT investigators and journalists who don’t function as useful idiots for the Hamas propaganda machine. Hamas conducts public executions as its method of ruling by fear. It hopes to hold onto its grip on power by keeping its book on the neck of Gazans.
What hope does the world have for peace in the Palestinian Territories when the western hegemonic powers enable the status quo of rule by armed forces, rule by violence, rule by fear, and rule by hatred of life and glorification of death, and above all, rule by intense hatred of Israel and the Jewish people?
I’m beginning to see that this conflict has no resolution, because it exists to serve a geopolitical purpose. The ongoing hand wringing over peaceful co-existence and the lame naïve attempts at anti terrorism policies exist in the larger framework of the conflict between Israelis and Palestinians serving a purpose for the Middle East and the western hegemonic powers. I don’t see any serious attempts to step outside the box and address this problem.
Reader, I’m naïve, I guess, I didn’t expect modern industrialised nations to so blatantly supper terrorism to further their hegemonic agendas.
Meanwhile, make no mistake, reader, the word Zionist is a synonym for Jew, and the anti-Zionist movement has become the Judenrein of our time. Whatever you think of the Netanyahu government, you can’t punish Jews—you can’t hate on the Jewish diaspora because you think the Netanyahu regime sucks and is bad. That’s called antisemitism.
